More Dough

In case you missed my last class, I will be continuing the adventure of bread making next week at Ger-Nis with my class Bread II: More Dough.

This class will focus on enriched doughs, aka doughs that have some sort of “fat” (butter, oil, honey, etc.). These breads are my favorite, because they disguise themselves as “bread” but in fact, these creations are more dessert-like than you may think. And obviously being the “Sweet-Tooth” that I am, breads in this category are my favorite.

There have been a few changes (good ones I think) to the menu. We will be making Honey Buns, Challah, and Pumpkin Walnut Bread.
